- Account Information: When a coach creates an account for you, we store your email address, display name, and password credential data managed by our authentication provider. Accounts are not self-service—only authorized coaching staff can create new accounts.
- Player Profile Data: Players with accounts may provide their name, jersey number, position, class year, and a headshot photo. Players may also store personal dashboard data including recruiting offers, highlight video links, social media profile URLs, and personal checklists.
- Coach-Uploaded Content: Coaches may upload rosters, schedules, alumni records, sponsor information, newsletter posts, and photos (player headshots, coach photos, newsletter images).
- Usage Data: We collect basic analytics data about your visit, including:
- Pages viewed and time spent on the site
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- General geographic location (country, state, city)
- Referral source (how you found our site)
- Technical error information to help identify and fix bugs
- Anonymous site performance metrics (page load times, responsiveness) to improve page speed

We use the following third-party services:

- PostHog: We use PostHog for privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand how visitors use our website (such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and referral source). We do not use PostHog for advertising or interest-based profiling.

Data Retention
We retain newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we delete your email within 30 days. User accounts are created and managed by authorized coaching staff (not self-service), and associated profile/dashboard data is retained for as long as the account is active or needed for team operations. When a player graduates or leaves the program, coaching staff may deactivate the account and either archive or remove associated data based on program needs. Account data can be deleted upon request. Analytics data is retained for a limited period and is used in aggregate to improve our website.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request an export/copy of your profile and account-related data
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
- Update or correct your profile information through your account dashboard
- Opt-out of any future communications
Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for general audiences. Some player account holders may be under 18. Player accounts are created by authorized coaching staff (school employees) on behalf of student-athletes, not through self-service registration, which provides institutional oversight for account creation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics. Our analytics provider (PostHog) is configured to operate in cookieless mode. However, if you log in to an account, Supabase Auth uses cookies to maintain your authentication session. These are essential functional cookies required for the login system to work—they are not used for tracking or advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them will prevent you from logging in.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
