Biography
Andrew Roach joins the Spartans in 2026 and will serve as Pitching Coach.
Roach comes to the Spartans after a decorated playing career that began in Northwest Arkansas. At Springdale HS, Roach was named 7A West Newcomer of the Year and was a 2-time all-state selection. After graduating in 2017, he spent two seasons at Cowley CC in Kansas before earning a Division I scholarship to UNC-Charlotte. Roach finished his collegiate career at Oral Roberts as a graduate transfer, where he was named a team captain on the 2023 team that advanced to the NCAA College World Series.
After ORU, he played one season of professional baseball before entering the coaching ranks.
