Biography
Coach Cogan is entering his fourth season coaching baseball at Bixby. He played high school baseball in Texas where he was a First-Team All-State selection and Greater Houston Area Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2006. In college, he was a four-year starter at the Missouri University of Science and Technology while getting a degree in Electrical Engineering. During his four collegiate seasons, he was a two-time ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American, two-time Daktronics All-Midwest Region selection, and an All-Conference selection for the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
He has lived in the Bixby area for 15 years with his wife Sarah. Their two sons, Liam (13) and Jack (12), both attend Bixby schools.
