
Dean Wilson is entering his second year as the Head Coach at Bixby High School in 2026, with an overall career coaching record of 153-61 (.715). In 2025, his first at the helm of the Spartans, he led the team to a 31-10 overall record and an appearance in the state semi-finals.
Prior to Bixby, Wilson was the Head Coach at Cascia Hall from 2019-2024, where he led the Commandos to 3 district championships, 3 regional championships and a 3A state runner-up in 2023, which marked the first State Championship game appearance in program history.
Wilson played at Haddon Heights High School and Brookdale Community College in his home state of New Jersey. At HHHS, he led the team to conference championships in 2010 and 2011, which were the first for the program in 50 years. He was also named to the All-South Jersey Group 2 team, and selected to the prestigious Carpenter Cup and Camden County all-star teams as a senior in 2011. At Brookdale, he was named a 2013 NJCAA 1st-team All-American infielder before transferring to Oral Roberts University for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. In 2015, Wilson helped lead the Golden Eagles to a Summit League championship and an NCAA Regional appearance. After his two years at ORU, he enjoyed a 2-year professional career before transitioning into coaching.
He and his wife Sara have 3 children, twins Nolan and Winslow (6) and Haddon (4).
